Proudly made in Sydney from UV-stabilised HDPE and featuring Aboriginal artwork by Wiradjuri artist Shareen Clayton, it's the first design of its kind, and a real standout for any outdoor playspace.

Indigenous symbol stove knob dials and stove-top burners, a stainless steel water bowl and a bush tucker symbols and tracks pattern invite children to cook up mud pies while exploring Aboriginal symbols, stories and bush foods. Every play session becomes a natural conversation starter about culture and Country.

Made for 100% outdoor use, the UV-stabilised HDPE won't splinter, rot, warp or fade in Aussie sun and rain. There's no oiling, sealing or painting. Just hose it off when play is finished for easy clean up.

The spark
What sparked the idea?: My daughter asked for a mud pie toy. So I thought about it, and now we have a mud toy call the Bush Tucker Mud Kitchen.

Design Process: We designed and tested a few different configurations, water bowl sizes and stove dial patterns.

Shareen Clayton is a proud Wiradjuri woman. She was born
and raised in Sydney, NSW and is now a very proud mother of four.

Shareen has mastered her skills in art for over 20 years having been
inspired by both of her artistic parents.

Shareen is highly regarded in her local communities as a family cultural
officer and teachers aid working in primary and high schools.

Shareen is very passionate about sharing her Indigenous culture, art
and teachings to kids all over the country in her range of vibrant educational resources created in collaboration with Education National.
