    Common Questions

    Do you accept school purchase orders?

    Yes — we accept purchase orders from schools, childcare centres and kindergartens. Email your PO to orders@educationnational.com.au and we'll invoice your school directly with 14-day payment terms.

    Is there a minimum order for invoiced orders?

    There is no minimum order for credit card payments. For invoiced purchase orders, a minimum order of $150 applies.

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders are dispatched the next business day. Metro areas typically receive delivery within 2–4 business days. Regional and remote areas may take 5–10 business days. All orders are fully tracked.

    Do you offer bulk or school discounts?

    Yes — contact us at hello@educationnational.com.au to discuss pricing for large or repeat orders. We work with many schools and childcare organisations to provide the best value.

    Can I return or exchange a product?

    Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

    Indigenous Artist Spotlight

    Shareen Clayton is a proud Wiradjuri woman. She was born
    and raised in Sydney, NSW and is now a very proud mother of four.

    Shareen has mastered her skills in art for over 20 years having been
    inspired by both of her artistic parents.

    Shareen is highly regarded in her local communities as a family cultural
    officer and teachers aid working in primary and high schools.

    Shareen is very passionate about sharing her Indigenous culture, art
    and teachings to kids all over the country in her range of vibrant educational resources created in collaboration with Education National.
